This was made for users that want to know if X or Y file is compatible to use alongside FM Data Tweaks to get the best experience in Football Manager.
Graphics (It should be like the Graphics folder image from attachments)
✅ Logo pack – All compatible. Personal Choice.
✅ Face pack – All compatible. Personal Choice.
✅ Kits pack – All compatible. Personal Choice.
Name fix (Download your favourite one and install)
✅ Name Fix – All Compatible, a must install for every FM player.
Editor Data (It should be like the Editor Data folder image from attachments)
✅ Custom Files from Patreon – They are all compatible with FM Data Tweaks, possibility of several scenarios and challenges. Just pay attention to the file description for extra info.
✅ Transfer Update files – A must to use alongside FM Data Tweaks for a better realism, any should work but i can recommend FMTransferUpdate website.
✅ Financial Mods – The only change made on FM Data Tweaks was balance and transfer budget. So If you use any other specific file for that it will overwrite the one above.
✅ General fixes – They should work, files like award fixes, stadium fixes, club reputations, sponsorships or new tournaments.
⚠️ Custom Leagues and Databases – It will depend on the type of file, if it’s a custom league from Narnia it will work, if its a 1990 db filled with players, if that db has player photos they might not work as it conflicts with FM Data Tweaks New Players-Staff.
⚠️ CA/PA files from other creators – Since FM Data Tweaks also provides a CA/PA update you have 2 options, choose only one file from your preferred creator or keep both (game will mix both files depending on both creators work);
⚠️ Promotions and Relegations files – Again you have to choose one file, as i don’t include any custom league files FM Data Tweaks won’t be as accurated as others for example. If for example Ligue 2 or others isn’t something you aim for, it should be fine. Be careful to use only the files from one creator or else that league might not be available when creating a new save. Again choose the one you prefer the most.
❌ New Players, New Wonderkids, New Staff – It’s not compatible to FM Data Tweaks (unless you delete the New Players-Staff file) as the game fills the content of all files inside the editor data which can mean duplicated players, photos not being correct. To keep everything accurated just use one of this type of files.
Basically all files that don’t create new players, staff it will be fine. Pay attention to league files so they don’t mix up one with another. Every other file like Better Youth Importance, More Transfers, Award fixes, Stadium fixes and others it will work fine with FM Data Tweaks.
