[FM26] Chelsea – Cobham Only Project

In this alternate scenario, Chelsea makes a radical structural decision: a complete return to its academy identity. All non–Cobham-developed players are released, and the squad is rebuilt exclusively around current and former academy graduates — including figures such as Mason Mount, Reece James, Tammy Abraham, Fikayo Tomori, Conor Gallagher and other products of the club’s youth system.

But the reform goes further. The board now enforces a strict long-term policy:

🔒 The club is “restricted” to not sign players older than 16;
🌱 First-team development must come exclusively through Cobham;
🏛️ Club culture prioritises academy promotion above external transfers;

What’s Included:

🔄 All non–Cobham players removed;
👶 Recruitment “restricted” to players aged 16 or younger;
🔵 Squad rebuilt only with academy graduates;
🧠 Youth-focused club vision enforced;

Can a modern Premier League giant compete at the highest level by trusting only its own academy pipeline? No established stars. No late signings. No market shortcuts.
Chelsea must grow its own future — or accept decline.
