Loading all players in FM26 ensures you get the most complete and realistic database possible, especially when using custom files or data tweaks.
Follow the steps below to enable a full player pool and avoid missing players in your saves.
Instructions
- Download the file and copy it into your Documents folder.
- Start a new Football Manager 26 career.
2.1. Select Advanced Setup Career.
2.2. Click Game Setup (bottom-left corner) and load the downloaded file. - Adjust the leagues as you wish, if necessary.
This setup loads all players from every league. Keep in mind that this can be demanding on your system, so feel free to tweak the setup according to your PC specifications for better performance.
